Email support@hereglow.app. Include the email or phone number on your account and your device model if you're reporting a problem with the app.

Delete your account

Open Hereglow on your iPhone.
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account and profile are removed from Hereglow.

If you can't get into the app, email support@hereglow.app from the address on your account, or tell us the phone number you signed in with, and ask us to delete your account.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Lamplight subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple. To cancel, open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel Hereglow. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Safety & reporting

If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

Block: from any profile or chat, tap the menu and choose Block. They won't be able to see you or contact you.
Report: from any profile or chat, choose Report and tell us what happened. We review reports and may remove or ban accounts.
Email us: for urgent safety concerns, or to report someone you can't reach in the app, write to support@hereglow.app with as much detail as you can.

Meeting safely

Your glow shows that you're at the venue, never your exact spot. Turn it off any time.
Keep first conversations in public, among other people.
Don't share your home address, financial information or your kids' details with someone you've just met.
Trust your gut. If something feels off, leave, block and report.
